Elif decided to leave her little town in the eastern of part of Turkey when she was 17 to escape the bubble run by patriarchy. Since then she has lived in 6 different countries and travelled across over 30. She believes traveling alone is empowering and it makes you question everything you have been thought. The more you travel, you realize how little you know. Kuala Lumpur is where she calls home now.
