Rebecca Duckett-Wilkinson is a Malaysian artist who graduated in Woven and Printed Textiles from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York. She is also the founder of Owen Rebecca Designs, which she set up together with her husband, that features Malaysia’s flora, fauna and culture through print on resort wear.

This activity will comprise of a small private tour of Loke Villa, a handsome heritage home and one of the few remaining grand mansions of Penang, and where Rebecca currently resides. Built in the early 1920's in the Arts and Craft style, guests will be able to learn about the history of the house and enjoy the spaces within. A representative from a small local charity that helps to school young, displaced refugees will also join us to talk about his work and the issues faced while trying to do this. Tea will be served.
